Return Policy

Our Simple Return Policy:

We like to look after our customers so we go above and beyond with our returns policy. Life is already complex enough, we keep things simple and no receipt is required.

You are not restricted by the below policy and we are always willing to come to some resolution so please contact us if you are not 100% happy.

If you happen to receive a faulty product we will offer you a full refund, replacement or store credit (you choose what one). This is available 30 days once you receive the product.

After the 30 days we will still offer to repair or replace the item up to 6 months from once you receive the product.

If you simply changed your mind about the product, we understand so just get in contact with us and we will sort it out for you. Please just do this in the first 14 days from when you receive the product. If you changed your mind, please keep the item unused and in the same condition that you received it. Due to the nature of personalised gifts, these cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty. 

All returns will be credited back to the same card they were purchased on.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cant’ guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
